Stress und worry are very often associated with thousands of thoughts running through the mind. Our default mode to get out of this situation is often with even more thinking. There is however, a much more effective way to get instant relief. It is as easy as 1 2 3…..
1) Sit down in a quit spot and close your eyes
2) While breathing into the belly gently say “I’m aware of my body”
3) While breathing out gently say “I relax my body”
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for 5-10 minutes.
