About Kim
Helping people navigate important decisions requires more than coaching alone. It requires first-hand experience of leadership, growth, uncertainty, and change.
For more than 25 years, I've worked in entrepreneurship and senior leadership across Europe, the US, and Asia. Those experiences taught me that effective leadership requires more than business expertise. It also requires self-awareness, clarity, and the ability to navigate uncertainty.
Today I combine that practical experience with coaching to help people think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and make confident decisions.
